Great environment and excellent views. the best hotel room in the area. the restaurant in the same facilities made our dinner really easy with a varied menu and good treatment. Staff was happy to help. Convenient location to start a road trip on Transfagarasan.

The room at Cabana Zimbru Transfagarasan was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the cozy and homely atmosphere, especially the private entrance that made us feel like we had our own little haven. The balcony was a great place to enjoy the breathtaking mountain view and soak up the fresh air. The private bathroom with a shower was also a huge plus.

They were also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating towards our 1-year-old child. The location, surrounded by beautiful nature and away from light pollution, provided us with a breathtaking view of the starry night sky. The nearby restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices, making it a perfect stop along the Transfagarasan highway. we highly recommend this hidden gem.
